You may submit an application ("your App") to be listed and sold through the Platform. You set the price. You provide the description, images, and a link to where your App and its downloads are hosted. Listings are reviewed before they go live, and the Platform may decline or remove any listing at its discretion.
By listing, you confirm that:
You are responsible for your App after it sells. If a buyer reports a bug, a problem, or that it does not work as described, you fix it. The Platform does not have your source code and cannot fix your App for you. The Platform may route support tickets to you and expects you to respond in a reasonable time.
You and the Platform split each sale of your App evenly: you receive 50% of the sale price, and the Platform receives 50%. Your share is also shown in your seller dashboard. Payouts are made through our payment processor to the payout account you provide.
You bear the costs of selling your App. The transaction and payment-processing fees on each sale of your App, and any taxes owed on your earnings, come out of your 50% share, not the Platform's. You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.
Payout hold window. Your share of a sale is held for a set period (the "payout window") to cover possible refunds and chargebacks before it is released to you. If a sale is refunded or charged back during that window, no payout is made for it. This protects both sides: money that may need to be returned is never paid out and then clawed back.
The Platform may issue refunds to buyers under its posted refund policy. A refunded or charged-back sale earns no payout. Repeated refunds or chargebacks on your App may result in your listing being paused or removed.
The Platform may remove your App, pause its sales, or hold a payout if it reasonably believes your App breaks this agreement, harms buyers, is unsafe, infringes rights, or generates excessive complaints. Where practical the Platform will tell you why.
You are responsible for your App and for claims arising from it. To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover the Platform against third-party claims caused by your App or your breach of this agreement (for example, an infringement claim or harm caused by your App). The Platform provides the storefront and payment rails "as is" and is not liable for your App's performance.
You are an independent seller, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Platform. Nothing here creates a partnership or joint venture. You handle your own taxes on your earnings.
Either side may end this agreement at any time. You may remove your listings. The Platform may remove your access. Sales already made, and the payout window and support obligations for them, still apply after termination.
The Platform may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to list after a change means you accept the updated terms.
